Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About This Role

Crusoe is on a mission to align the long-term interests of the climate with the future of global computing infrastructure. As an Expeditor, you will be a critical member of our team, responsible for the close tracking, management, and status reporting of materials, products, and services for major projects. Your role will begin at the requisition stage and continue through to final delivery and inventory management, ensuring a seamless flow of assets. You will also be key in procuring materials and services, soliciting quotes, analyzing bids, and recommending supplier awards. This is a fully on-site position at our Arvada facility, and it's a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and resilient professional to make a significant impact on our operations. This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Order Management & Reporting: Track numerous mission-critical orders, ensuring delivery dates are met. You will report to all team members on any data slippages, risks, or issues related to the delivery and receipt of orders.

  • Supplier Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions for quality and service issues or potential late deliveries.

  • Procurement & Purchase Order Management: Procure materials and services, primarily for manufacturing and project needs. You will manage and process purchase orders and update sourcing management on the status of orders.

  • Supplier Sourcing: Proactively locate, qualify, or promote potential new sources of supply as requested by the Procurement Manager or their delegate.

  • Compliance & Vendor Management: Track and ensure contract and supplier compliance with all terms, conditions, and insurance requirements. You will also coordinate activities with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely supplier performance.

  • Administrative & Mentorship Support: Assist with administrative duties, contract routing and execution, and other procurement activities. You will also mentor, support, or act as a backup for other team members as needed.

  • Inventory & Asset Management: Assist with inventory and asset management, ensuring all purchased assets are correctly received and managed.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement and Acquisitions Management, or the equivalent in education and experience combined. You should have 2-5 years of experience as an expeditor or project procurement coordinator.

  • Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with data center experience being a significant plus.

  • Adaptability & Work Ethic: You are flexible, adaptable, reliable, productive, and independently motivated. You have a strong ability to work collaboratively and with a high degree of transparency.

  • Compliance & Safety: This is a safety-sensitive position, so a willingness to take a background and drug test is required. You must also have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

  • Travel: The ability to travel 10-25% of the time is required.

  • Values Alignment: A commitment to embodying Crusoe’s company values.
