Agency Success Manager

Our purpose is to give landlords all over the country a fast, modern insurance buying experience and amazing customer service so they’re confident they’ll have the coverage they need on a rainy day. Because of our technology and service, our customers love being insured by us, even when they have a claim.

We’ve grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Agency Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform!

What You'll Do

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.

• Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel.

• Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment.

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents.

• Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback.

• Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.

Your Background

• Experienced: You are a gifted trainer with in-depth knowledge of Steadily’s systems and the independent agency ecosystem.

• Insurance: You have a strong P&C insurance background and are comfortable discussing specific underwriting guidelines and principles.

• Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.

• Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 salary
