Role Overview

As Vontive’s Senior Growth Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our sales and growth engine—owning the systems, processes, and data that drive efficiency, pipeline conversion, and revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure our go-to-market teams are enabled with the right tools, workflows, and insights to operate at peak performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of CRM management, pipeline optimization, and data-driven growth strategy. You’ll be hands-on with Go High Level (our CRM), as well as other automation and analytics tools, while leading cross-functional initiatives that improve how leads move through the funnel, how opportunities are forecasted, and how teams scale efficiently.

Vontive is uniquely positioned to combine the best of AI mortgage technology, client service, and an expert loan team so real estate investors close loans with ease.

The expected annual pay range for this role in Seattle is a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Ownership (Go High Level):
Manage and optimize our CRM instance, ensuring clean data hygiene, accurate reporting, and workflows that reduce friction across the borrower lifecycle.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting:
Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility, track conversion across the funnel, and deliver actionable forecasting insights to executives.
  • Conversion Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the borrower and partner journey, implement solutions (automation, process changes, training) to improve lead-to-close rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
Build and maintain dashboards that surface key performance metrics (lead quality, conversion, revenue impact), and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Tooling & Workflow Automation:
Leverage GHL automation, AI tools, and integrations with external platforms to streamline processes for BDRs, LOs, and marketing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management:
Coordinate initiatives across Growth, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.
  • Process Playbooks:
Maintain and evolve playbooks for BDR and LO workflows, ensuring best practices are documented, scalable, and measurable.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or Revenue Operations (Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services experience preferred).
