About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to amplify the Founder's impact at Zefir. You’ll be the strategic right-hand, working directly with our CEO, Remy Fabre, to drive critical initiatives and build scalable systems, helping shape the company's future.

This is not just a role—it's your launchpad to future entrepreneurship or executive leadership.

Mission

1. Drive Special Initiatives

Lead cross-functional task forces addressing critical challenges or strategic opportunities, such as:

  • Monetizing our cutting-edge AI search product

  • Developing new revenue streams (Mortgages, Agent Subscriptions, Insurance)

  • Improving customer satisfaction

  • Supporting critical funding rounds

2. Build Zefir’s Scale-Up Infrastructure

Design, implement, and optimize company-wide processes for:

  • Culture & Values

  • Performance Management

  • Compensation Structures

  • Hiring Philosophy & Practices

  • Organizational Design

  • Goal-setting & KPI Management

  • Strategic Planning Processes

Who You Are

  • High Achiever: Track record of excellence, consistently driving impactful results.

  • Strategic Problem Solver: Proven ability to independently solve complex issues through data-driven analysis.

  • Analytical Powerhouse: Expert at leveraging data to inform decisions and track initiative success.

Ideal Background

  • 5-10 years' experience at a fast-growth tech company, top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or strategic consultancy.

  • Rapid career progression, demonstrating consistent promotions every 2-3 years.

  • STEM or highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university.

  • Fluent in both French and English.
